DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but we generally use standard first class USPS mail to deliver orders, which means you should receive your order in 3-5 business days.
Of course, if you ordered a digital product such as one of our ebooks or online courses, then you will receive a link to your product by email, usually within 10 minutes.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
UGARLLC.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
At this time, to keep costs as low as possible, we do not provide order tracking or shipment confirmation. If this changes, we’ll let you know!
Customs, Duties and Taxes
UGAR LLC.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
